Apply for a plot

Plot sizes are indicated for approximation guidance only and not an exact measurement . Each Plot will vary in size and are classified as either a Half or Quarter Plot and are let accordingly .

  • HALF SIZE = approx 5m wide x 50m long =250 sq meters at £35 per year

  • QUARTER SIZE = approx 5m wide x 25m long =125 sq meters at £17.50 per year

    Annual rent is usually paid at the same time as the AGM.

We welcome all applications to become a plot holder. No previous experience is necessary, just an enthusiasm and commitment to grow our own fruit, veg or flowers. Our plots are currently let mostly as half sized allotments, however there a few quarter sized plots too. Rental fee includes use of the water supply.

There are currently 60 people on the waiting list for plots. First priority always goes to residents of Wellesbourne Parish, however, inquiries from non-residents are very welcome.

Every year a few plots become available to re-let, USUALLY at the start of the tenancy year (February/March) or occasionally during the year, if a vacancy becomes available.

Each Plot Holder is required to pay £10 refundable deposit for their gate key and £60 Plot deposit. Plot deposit is refundable when the lease is terminated and provided the plot is left in same condition as when it was first leased.
